How does it warm up?

Each mask has a thin heating pack sealed inside. It starts warming once you open the pouch and stays warm for about 20 minutes. There is nothing to microwave, plug in or charge.

How warm does it get?

It is designed to feel gently warm on closed eyes, more like a warm towel that doesn't cool off after two minutes than a heating pad. If it ever feels too warm, simply take it off.

Can I reuse a mask?

No. Each mask is single-use, because the heating pack is spent after one session. That is also why every use starts with a fresh, clean mask.

Which scent should I pick?

Lavender and chamomile are classic evening scents. Rose and jasmine are soft and floral. Green tea and white peach are lighter and fresher. If you are sensitive to fragrance, choose unscented. Every version is infused with lutein.

Can I wear it while falling asleep?

Yes. It makes a nice last step before lights out. Once it cools, it is simply a soft, light eye mask. Lie on your back rather than pressing your face into the pillow.
